STEP1

Inquiry.

Let us know if you find a car of your interest in auto auctions or GOO.net. Or we can search for you if you let us know the criteria of the preferred models. (ie. model year, color, trim, grade, mileage, repair history etc. )

STEP2

Quotation.

We will send you the car info and CIF price. This price includes tha car cosr, marine insurance and shipping fee to your desired port. We will NOT propose a car with bad mechanical issues or body corrosion, unless you tell us to include those. We will search through our wholesale database, private auctions, regular auto auctions and dealerships. We wil repeat this process until there is a unit you like.

STEP3

Payment.

Once you decide the car, we will issue an invoice. Car will be secured once the wire transfer arrives. If car gets sold after the payment, we will refund 100%. (VERY rare case, but possible)

STEP4

Securing unit ～ Shipping.

We will conduct the booking process right after securing the car, and will try our best to load the car into the earliest leaving ship possible. We will keep you posted on every step in progress. Such as car secure, transport date to the port, shipping schedule update, loading, ship departure, and document despatch etc. We will also send you photos of the car taken at the port.

STEP5

Document despatch.

After the ship departure, Bill of lading doc will be issued. We will surrender the doc for your convenience, and air ship the document package to your desired address.

STEP6

Car arrival.

Ship line will send you an notice to your desired notify party, prior to the arrival of the vessel. Once the car is there please clear the custom using the documentation provided by us. Drive safe and ENJOY! We may be able to recommend a trustworthy customs broker, depending on the region. Please let us know if interested.
